🧾 1. AZPLEIN Commitment
AZPLEIN values the complete satisfaction of its customers.
If the product you receive does not meet your expectations, is defective, has a discrepancy, or if you regret your purchase, you can request an exchange or return in a simple and transparent way, according to the terms and conditions below.
⏱️ 2. Timeframe for Exchanges and Returns
According to the Consumer Protection Code (CDC):

Purchase cancellation (online purchases): up to 7 calendar days after receiving the product.

Exchanges due to size, color, or other personal reasons: up to 30 calendar days after receipt.

Manufacturing defects or flaws: up to 90 calendar days , depending on the type of product (e.g., clothing, footwear, accessories).
⚠️ The product must be in perfect condition , showing no signs of use, with tags and original packaging (when applicable).
📦 3. Conditions for Exchange or Return
To make an exchange or return, the product must:

To be free from signs of use, washing, or damage ;

Include all original labels, tags, and packaging ;

Include invoice and proof of purchase ;

To be returned with all accessories and gifts received (if any).
Important:
Products that show signs of misuse, intentional damage, missing items, or damaged packaging may have their application denied after review.
🚚 4. How to Request an Exchange or Return

Our team will respond within 48 business hours , sending return instructions and the shipping address .

After receiving and analyzing the product, the customer can choose between:

Exchange for another product (of the same value or paying the difference);

A voucher for future use in the store;

Full or partial refund , as applicable.

💰 5. Refund
The refund will be processed using the same payment method chosen at the time of purchase, after the returned product has been received and verified.

Credit card: the refund may appear on your next or subsequent statement (depending on the card issuer);

PIX or bank slip: refund within 7 business days after confirmation of the return;

Digital wallets: credit returned directly to the account used for payment.
🚫 6. Items That Cannot Be Exchanged or Returned
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept exchanges or returns of:

Underwear, swimwear and socks;

Customized or made-to-order products;

Items on final sale (last pieces) — unless a defect is proven.
🚚 7. Shipping Costs

In cases of shipping errors , defective products , or proven damage , AZPLEIN will fully cover the return shipping costs and the cost of resending the product.

In cases of exchanges due to buyer's remorse or personal choice , the return shipping costs may be the customer's responsibility.
💡 Whenever possible, we will send a prepaid return label to make the process easier.
🧾 8. Defective Products
If the product presents an apparent or functional defect within the legal warranty period:

Send an email with photos/videos that show the defect;

After analysis, the product may be replaced with an identical one or fully refunded ;

If the item is out of stock, the customer may choose another item or store credit.
