🧾 1. AZPLEIN Commitment

AZPLEIN values ​​transparency and respect for the consumer.
In cases of buyer's remorse, return of a defective product, or cancellation of a purchase , the customer is entitled to a full or partial refund , as provided for in the Consumer Protection Code (Law No. 8.078/1990) .

Our goal is to ensure that every customer feels secure when buying from us, with a simple, fast, and fair refund process.


🕒 2. Deadline for Reimbursement Request

You can request a refund within the following timeframes:

  • Purchase cancellation: up to 7 calendar days after receiving the product (according to article 49 of the Consumer Protection Code);

  • Manufacturing defect or flaw: up to 90 days after receiving the product;

  • Order cancellation before shipment: immediate refund upon confirmation of cancellation.


🔁 3. General Conditions for Refunds

A refund will be granted when:

  • The product must be returned in the same condition in which it was received (unused, with tags and original packaging);

  • The return has been approved after quality control ;

  • The request was made within the timeframe established in this policy.

⚠️ If the product shows signs of misuse , missing accessories , or absence of the original packaging , AZPLEIN may refuse the refund , returning the product to the customer.


💳 4. Refund Methods

The refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

  • Credit card: the refund will be requested from the card issuer and may appear on your next or subsequent statement , depending on the issuer's billing cycle.

  • PIX or bank slip: refund made directly to the customer's account within 7 business days after confirmation of the return.

  • Digital wallets (such as PayPal or Mercado Pago): the amount is refunded directly to the account used for payment.

💡 In case of a partially returned order , the refund will be proportional to the items returned.


🚚 5. Shipping and Freight Costs

  • If the refund is due to a store error , product defect , or shipping problem , all shipping and return costs will be fully covered by AZPLEIN .

  • In cases of buyer's remorse or exchange due to personal preference , the return shipping cost may be the customer's responsibility.

Whenever possible, AZPLEIN will provide a prepaid return label to facilitate the process.


📦 6. Application Process

  1. Send an email to contato@azplein.com stating the order number and the reason for the request ;

  2. Our team will respond within 48 business hours with instructions and the return address;

  3. After receiving and analyzing the product, the refund will be processed within the timeframes stated above.


🧮 7. Refund Deadlines

  • After confirmation of receipt and approval of the return, the refund will be processed within 7 business days .

  • The total time it takes for the customer to see the refund may vary depending on the payment method and the issuing bank .


🚫 8. Non-Refundable Items

For hygiene and personalization reasons, we do not offer refunds for:

  • Underwear, swimwear and socks;

  • Customized or made-to-order products;

  • Items on final sale (last pieces), except in cases of proven defects.


⚠️ 9. Order Cancellation Before Shipment

If the order has not yet been shipped , the customer can request cancellation and an immediate refund.
If the order has already been shipped, you will need to wait for it to be received and then begin the return process.
